SHIPPING

We strive to ship your online order within 5-7 business days of receiving it (this excludes holidays and weekends). If we have a sale or promotion, our turnaround time during these periods may be longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your tracking information. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be uploaded. If you don’t receive this email, please check your spam or junk folder prior to contacting us. 

We offer at checkout different options for shipping. Please take into consideration this is an estimate time of shipping handling. Due to COVID-19, many delays can occur and Promise Me Everything is not held responsible or accountable for late or lost deliveries. 

Select your country for shipping and chose the appropriate courrier for your parcel. We also offer the option of local curbside pick up free of charge in Montreal area. 

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $150 (pre-tax, after discount) shipping within Canada or to the United States. Orders under $150 are subject to a flat rate shipping fee based on your location.

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes upon arrival. You are responsible for any applicable fees and/or additional costs.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All items returned must be in re-saleable condition (unworn, unwashed) with the tags attached and the original packing slip/receipt.

Items purchased on sale are final sale.

To process an exchange, please send an email to hello@promise-me-everything.com and include your order number and the reason for your exchange request. We'll get back to you within 48 business hours confirming the exchange and providing instructions on how to proceed. Please note we do not provide return shipping labels, you are responsible for the cost of mailing the items back to us, however we will cover the cost to ship out replacement items in the case of an exchange.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We stand behind the quality of our products.  If you find that an item you have received is damaged or defective in any way, please send an email to hello@promise-me-everything with a description of the damage (ideally include a photo if possible) and your order number, and we’d be more than happy to replace the item for you or provide you with a refund if the item is no longer available.

Care Instructions:

We recommend following the care label instructions:

Washing: Cold Cycle wash is recommended in order to preserve the garments shape. Drying: Dry line drying is recommended. Like most cottons, tumble dry will cause a 20% shrinkage.

Our cuts are made large and loose. We believe children should be comfortable and mobile in their clothes to add flexibility and comfort in their everyday activities. All sizes are labeled by Years and we recommend you get your child's age for a loose fit.
